Refund and Returns Policy
1. Returns and Refunds
At Nutryvyt, your health and satisfaction are important to us. We comply with the Competition & Consumer Protection Act No. 24 of 2010 (as amended) and provide refunds or exchanges where products are defective, unsafe, or not fit for purpose.
Eligibility for Returns
- Refunds or exchanges are only offered for defective or unsuitable products, reported within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
- Products must be in their original sealed packaging.
- For health and safety reasons, supplements that have been opened, unsealed, or partially used cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Proof of purchase (receipt, tax invoice, or mobile money/bank confirmation) is required for all returns.
Refund Method
Approved refunds may be processed through:
- Cash (for in-store cash purchases)
- Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, Zamtel Kwacha)
- Bank transfer or reversal to the original card/payment method
- Store credit or electronic voucher
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after inspection and approval.
Important: Refunds are not automatic and are subject to inspection. Nutryvyt reserves the right to decline a refund if products do not meet the conditions above.
2. Warranty
Nutryvyt Supplements & Nutrition does not provide warranties beyond what is required by Zambian law.
- Products are suitable only for their intended nutritional purpose.
- Customers are responsible for correct handling, storage, and use according to instructions.
- Nutryvyt shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by misuse or use inconsistent with the product’s intended purpose.
3. Event Ticket Purchases and Refund Policy
Ticket Purchases
All event ticket sales through our website, social media, or authorized agents are final. Your ticket secures a reserved spot.
Refund Policy
- No refunds or exchanges will be allowed within 14 days prior to the event date.
- Refund requests made more than 14 days before an event may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be submitted in writing to support@nutryvyt.com or through WhatsApp customer care.
Ticket Transfers
- If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual.
- Transfer requests must be submitted at least 5 days before the event with the new attendee’s full details.
- Transfers are subject to approval.
Event Cancellations or Postponements
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, you will be notified by SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
- Customers may choose between:
- A full refund (via cash, bank, or mobile money), or
- Transfer of the ticket to a future Nutryvyt event.
